Introduction

The name of the place that I visited for shopping is called "Kini Mini-mart Shopping Mall". This place is located inside Kini Country Guest Inn in Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

In Akwanga, Kini is a big and popular place for relaxation, and there's also a shopping mall in the place. The shopping mall is one of the oldest shopping malls in the town, which has recently been upgraded to a mini mart. It sells a lot of products ranging from household items, grocery items, toiletries, and a lot of other products in the place.

External and internal environment:

The place is fine, but small inside, and the outside of the place is also small. The environment looks clean, and the inside of the mall is filled with a lot of products that are well arranged on shelves for easy identification and seeing by customers. There is light in the place, and the decorations of the place are fine, and the atmosphere is also fine and cool because of the air conditioning in the place.

Product variety:

There are a lot of products in the mini mart; some of which I can mention are: drinks, groceries, toiletries, clothes, bread, snacks, provisions, body cream, toothpaste, detergents, soap, and other products. The new collection, as of the time that I visited the place, is clothes that were brought inside by the supplier.

Price and offers:

Things are affordable in the place, but the place remains a supermarket because some of the products are more expensive than what is sold in other places, and the good thing about the products in the place is that there are mostly foreign products

Customer service:

The customer service is good because the staff is always available to attend to customers at any given time. As a customer, if you go to the place, you will be greeted and welcomed by the staff, and there are staff who guide customers through their shopping.

Brand uniqueness:

What makes Kanni Mini-Mart popular is that it sells quality products in my town, and it is the first supermarket in my town that almost everyone knows about.

Amenities:

The trial room looks beautiful, and there is enough parking space for vehicles and motorcycles outside the mini-mart. Vehicles are parked on the hotel side.

Own shopping experience:

I bought some grocery items in the place, and the experience that I had in the place was perfectly okay for me. I had a great experience in the place, and to date I still feel like going shopping at the place.
