THE DIARY GAME[05/11/2026] EARLY BREAKFAST, AND MYSTERY POWERBANK

Good Evening my lovely people of the steemit empire. You all are welcome once again to another mesmerizing episode of mine. Kindly put everything away and read with full focus because it's about to be a long and interesting ride.

Today I woke up very early, as early as 5:00am, do you know what woke me up? Hmmm. It was hunger that woke me up. I was on my one o, sleeping peacefully and all of a sudden I started feeling some kind of emptiness in my chest region, it felt as though there was a long pipe that was very empty in my chest down to my stomach and I couldn't relax, the more I tried to sleep the more it would be making me uncomfortable. It felt like I couldn't breath well, so I just sat up, and went to drink water, lie lie it still didn't pacify it.

I just carried myself straight to the kitchen o, there was no light but my phone was 62% so there was hope, I used the torch on my phone so that I could see my way. I had to make a very hasty decision I just decided to prepare Ukodo with the plantain and other ingredients I bought yesterday. I peeled six fingers of plantain, cut them into small sizes washed them and placed them in my small pot.

After that, I mashed the ERE or IKPOSA as Edo People call it, while the Urhobo people of Delta State call it ERE, I didn't have a mortar or pestle so I just used my wooded chopping board to hit it till it got broken into more tiny pieces. Its actually medicinal in the Ukodo that I was going to prepare. I mean if you're sick and you take Ukodo trust me, you'd feel revived a bit that how you were but that doesn't mean you won't seek a doctor's counsel o. It is just like a first aid.

The Ukodo is prepared specifically for mothers who gave birth newly, it is very healthy for their stomach, and if one is sick and he or she decides to take the Ukodo I'm sure it will restore back their appetite because it does that for me. After I added the ERE, I washed the dry bonga fish and added it also, then added a little quantity of ground pepper because I cannot afford to eat too much pepper so that you would not aggravate the ulcer, then I just added every other ingredients such as the Knorr chicken bullion cube and a pinch of salt.

After I had added every ingredient, I put on the gas and then placed the pot on it, I then poured a substantial quantity of water into it. Then I sat down in the sitting room waiting o, the time was already 5:39am. And I was still hungry but I wasn't really hungry o but that feeling I was having felt like I needed to eat at that point in order to get myself back together. And in the next twenty minutes my soup was boiling, and the aroma was heavenly. Let me let you guys on another little secret again, I have never ever felt tired of perceiving the aroma of the Ukodo, it was to me an antidote, whenever I perceive the aroma ohhh, I feel like a solution is near, lol. Yesss that's how much I love the Ukodo delicacy.

As it was boiling and the ever Godly steam was going up, I was appreciating my maker for the strength to prepare it. And I'm glad I paid attention in the kitchen when my mum was preparing it back then. I dropped it and served it into a plate, then poured Palm oil into about plate and added salt to it. Then I sat down and began to do justice to this meal, you needed to see how I was jubilating in my mind, I said YES, now I'm eating something. When I was done my bitter tongue had returned back to its normal taste, isn't that worth celebrating? After I was done eating I didn't go back to bed again o, and guess what again, I didn't even take that Antacid syrup and my stomach just felt relaxed as if there was something inside pacifying it not to become bloated as usual.

My phone battery had gone down, and I didn't know where how I was going to charge it without going to the CHARGE-AND-PAY SHOP. So I just sat there thinking. Then I decided to pray first before going out to look for a solution to the phone problem. I sang short praises then read the Rhapsody of realities, the topic was "RECOGNIZE THE PERSON OF THE HOLY SPIRIT" I prayed with it thereafter. So I went out to check, as usual I went to our NEIGHBOUR'S generator house to see if the generator was on, but it was not on so I came back home and decided to be useful with myself.

I wanted to study the COMPLIANCE PROFESSIONAL course I applied for but the material was also in my phone and my now my phone was already showing 1%. I have a Powerbank o, but my Powerbank ehhnnn is a very wonderful one, if it is at 90-100% and I connect it to my phone it will charge and when it gets to 60% it will just go off and when I click the side button it will be showing 5% or 0%, so I didn't even bother about using it because it was showing 28% so how is it going to charge my phone? Now that's another mystery I will be sharing with you today.

I just kept asking the holy Spirit to direct me on what to do, because honestly I didn't plan to go to that CHARGE-AND-PAY SHOP o, it's too far plus the little cost that I do not want to spare, so I kept asking the holy Spirit to direct me as I had seen in the movie ABATTOIR, that movie really impacted me o, but let's not digress, let's continue. And one mind said why not connect the powerbank to your phone and see if it will charge it, whether it charges it or not, you won't loose money, so I decided to try it, another problem I had again was my phone charge cord does not agree with my Powerbank whenever it is very very low so I used my roommate's cord, and normally it would charge and in just five minutes it will be showing 5% but today the unimaginable happened.

I connected the powerbank to my phone using my roommate's type C cord and it started to charge, I was expecting the Powerbank to start counting downward as it used to, but to my surprise it stayed still, and my phone that was just surviving on 1% got to 36% and the powerbank was just at 13% still charging wow. And I wasn't using the phone o, because I wanted to ensure that the phone got charged without any obstruction. Some few minutes later, I looked again and my phone was showing 52% but the powerbank had gone off, so I clicked the side to see how many percent was left in the powerbank, it was just blinking showing zero. That was the great miracle I experienced today o. Infact this miracle to me was even greater than the early morning food and those other stuff I experienced o.

After I was done rejoicing over the phone that my faulty Powerbank was able to charge, I immediately started studying. I'm a BUSINESS REGISTRATION EXPERT, so I think it is only right for me to acquire the professional courses I can in order to make this skill of mine useful and worthy of respect. So yes in few weeks time I will be a certified Compliance officer, I do not want to spill much but that was what I was busy studying. I was able to study and assimilate enough from the foundations of compliance to the definition and the types of compliance, that was where I stopped because I was already feeling hungry again but I was also craving for something else. Garri with milk and sugar.

I barely take sugar because of I do I feel so uneasy at my lower abdomen so I abstain from it, I tqke it once in a while. Same goes for soft drinks like fanta, coke, sprite I take them once in a while because it I take them too much it results in painful menstrual cramps and I do not it at all. The painful cramps at the beginning of my period is the major reason for my ulcer because I became very heavy on pain killers, I'd take it twelve times in a year, and I took it for years if not I would not be able to sit or stand on that first day of my period. No doctor verified this for me though but I had to carry out an independent research as to the common causes of Ulcer for ladies and that was on reason I found.

Remember I bought two sachets of milk yesterday when I went to get the custard as well. So I already had a sachet of milk at home then Groundnut and sugar as well. At first I wanted to use fried fish with the soaked Garri but nobody sells fried fish in my area and as the saying goes, if the desireable is not available, the available becomes the desireable, so I took Groundnut instead and I enjoyed it tho but not as I would have enjoyed it if it were fried fish. The difference is clear.

While I was scooping the Garri with the spoon into my mouth, I notice that there was sand in the Garri and it made me loose interest in scooping more into my mouth although I still tried shaa but I just told myself that I was not going to soak this particular Garri again, I will only use it for eba.

After I was done soaking and drinking the Garri with milk and sugar and Groundnut, I relaxed for a while, I think almost thirty minutes before I went to bed to relax, note I studied for just two hours before I ate the Garri and groundnut with milk as lunch. One last thing, before I went to bed, I went outside to go and see that my neighbour that always puts on his generator most time whenever we were experiencing POWER OUTAGE. While I was going outside, I just took the sachet of the cowboy milk, the groundnut nylon and the sugar nylon as well to dispose them off at the refuse outside, when I got to the refuse dump I noticed someone had set it on fire so I added the dirts I bright out to throw away, before I proceeded to our NEIGHBOUR'S shop outside the gate.

When I got there, greeted him and then I asked him if he would put on his generator this evening, and he said no, so I asked him further, won't iu charge your phones and he said he put his generator on this morning, omo my heart got broken once, if only I had known I would have gone outside to check again and again and again. Well all thanks to God. That's all I can say but true true e pain me o.
