Photography of Vine Hawk-Moth Caterpillar

I am Ghosia from Pakistan. Today, I am going to share with you photography of an insect. A few days ago, I was sitting in our courtyard to enjoy fresh air in the evening. My eyes caught our grapevines, where I saw a unique insect on one of the leaves. I found it so attractive, especially its body pattern and eye spot marks, I decided to capture some photos and share with you. I have never seen such an insect before. I didn't know its name, so I searched about it on Google and found out that its name is Vine Hawk-Moth Caterpillar and scientifically known as Hippotion celerio.
They love eating plants, especially found on grapevines and love to eat their leaves. The large spots on its head which look like big eyes, protect it by scaring away its predators like birds.
