The Dairy Game: [ 02/08/2026] cooking delicious meal/prepping/cleaning

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @goodness. In today's episode, I want to kindly share with everyone how my day went and I hope this adds more flavour to how yours was.

I woke up quiet early today. I did my usual morning routines, said my prayers. I headed to the bathroom to brush my teeth and freshen up. I dressed up And left for work.
Mondays are always busy days for me because I have to replace one of my colleague whose off day is today.
I entered the kitchen and reached out for my white chopping board. I needed to quickly make salad the whole work will get very busy. I brought out all the ingredients, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, etc
I started by chopping the cabbage

Pardon me for not putting on my hair net and hand gloves. After chopping the cabbage, I proceeded to the Carrots, peeled it and so to the other items. I arranged everything when I was done and took it to the chiller where we keep them.

I came back to the kitchen to continue with the cooking. I set about 4 pots on the burners. One for White rice, Jollof rice, Asun Rice and porridge beans. I did everything diligently in other to avoid mistake. After about an hour, everything was ready and I dished it out and served it. After the morning works, I was already so hungry. I sha carry food and eat. Jollof rice, plantain and egg.

It was already in the afternoon getting to evening when the company maintenance came with a guy to inspect the AC in my office that fell off too to heavy rain. He mounted it back to it original place, but the whole ground was so messy due to the work. I had to get broom and packer to clear up the dirts on the ground.

After cleaning the whole office space, I returned to the kitchen to prepare some stuff for tomorrow productions. As usual, I started with my veggies and when I was done the cutting process. I brought out Ginger and garlic to clean. I peel of the dirts as seen below 👇

After peeling, I washed it and when I was done washing. I blended it together and kept it in the chiller ahead of tomorrow.
I had my dinner and signed out of work.
