I hope you are all well. Today, I would like to share a story from my life with you through pictures of one of my favorite pet animals, which will make the challenge topic more attractive.

^Theme

Many of us have one or another kind of pet animal. Some people like cats, some like dogs, and others like birds. But my most favorite pet animal is the goat. However, whether you call them chicks or chickens, chickens are also one of my favorites. Because during the coronavirus period, my younger brother and I raised chickens together, from very small chicks until they grew up, raising them with love and care from both brothers.

I would like to conclude with a short story, the story of this picture that has appeared.

The time was passing through lockdown, when everyone was at home, that is, during the coronavirus period in 2021. Since my younger brother and I were both at home, we wanted to acquire a skill instead of spending our time unnecessarily. Since our home is in a village, raising chickens would be the most convenient and good option for us.

We bought very small chicks. At that time, the price of one chick was 20 to 25 taka. As far as I remember, we bought 30 chicks. At first, we kept the chicks inside the house with love and care, inside small boxes. We kept them at night using four to five boxes. Besides this, we tried to build a small farm in the yard of our house and completed it within two days, Alhamdulillah. From then on, we kept them there for 10 to 15 days. Then, when the chicks grew bigger, we felt somewhat relieved. But we had developed such a good relationship with the chicks that it was beyond imagination. The chicks used to jump onto our hands and bodies to eat food.

Pet Animal Goat

At first, if I have to say something, I would say that raising goats is suitable for a person who has patience. I think goats are very mischievous by nature because goats jump around a lot and eat leaves from trees. That is why they are mischievous by nature. Because they go to other people's houses and tear off and eat the tips of trees, it creates problems with the neighbors. These become the main issues at that time.

Although I could not keep a goat for very long because I did not get the opportunity, still, for some reason, I like them very much. Even after that, we would sometimes buy goats and raise them. Sometimes I would let the goat loose and feed it by tearing leaves from trees, and sometimes I would also take it to the shop to feed it bread.

If you have noticed carefully, you can clearly see that the baby goat here is roaming around our house yard and playing and being mischievous with us because we have untied the rope from its neck. Our younger brothers and sisters are here. Especially since we are enjoying this time during Eid, everyone is present at home together. For this reason, we are enjoying even more happiness around this goat at this time.

We are tearing jackfruit leaves from the tree and feeding them to the goat. Habibullah is saying, “Brother, give it to me, I will feed it too.” In this way, by showing affection, we are gradually making the goat tame and accustomed to us. A goat is a domestic animal and it jumps and runs around a lot. For this reason, most of the time, it has to be tied with a rope around its neck because it may go to someone else's house and damage trees or defecate, which creates problems.

	The goat has come close and is enjoying itself very happily, just as we are enjoying ourselves. Since I have fed the goat, it does not hesitate to come to me.

During Eid, we all gather together and stay at home. At this time, all of us brothers and sisters remain busy playing, especially a few of us brothers are always busy playing cricket. In the yard beside the veranda of our house. At this time, we keep the goat tied inside the house, that is, in the cowshed.

Keeping a goat as a pet is profitable, and at the same time, this pet animal is also a source of great affection. I have seen many people tame goats in such a way that the goat becomes so attached to the person it is accustomed to that wherever that person goes, the goat becomes eager to go there too. I have seen these brothers, Yusuf Bhai and Hafizur Bhai, and both of their goats used to be crazy about them. Whenever Yusuf Bhai came to the shop, he would take bread from the shop and feed the goat, and after eating, it would jump around and run straight home.

When we all get together at home, this is how we play and spend time with the younger ones. We play different kinds of games and try to enjoy our time through various forms of entertainment.

Since the goat is one of my favorite animals, I have tried to highlight its story, but chickens are also one of my very favorites. The goat is even more dear to me, so I have tried to highlight it.
