The Diary Game: Attending Church And Evening Walk [20/09/2026]

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @megareigns and I want to quickly share with you all how my day went today and I hope this adds even more flavour to your already beautiful day.

When I went outside, I bought black polish and went back home to go and polish my shoes so I could go to church very early. When I got to church, it was time for praise and worship, at least I wasn't really late to church, although the Bible study session was over but then again, I was still happy because I was able to reach there before the sermon.

After getting my seat, I said some words of prayers and then I took my Bible and then joined during the bible reading. After that, it was time for sermon and the preacher of the day which happened to be a woman came in and gave us words of encouragement then offerings were taken and it was already time for the service to come to an end.

After service, I went outside the church premises because I needed an open space to take my pictures. This picture was taken and believe me, this happens to be one of my best. Although there was no sun to make the picture sharp so I went to the house after taking this picture.

When I got back home, I did small tea with bread and then I ate it for my lunch. That also served as my breakfast because of how hungry I was. The plan was to cook something much in the evening so it will take me till Tuesday. So, I took the food and then I went back to go and rest.

I woke up by 4pm and then I took some money with me and then I went to the market. I bought some foodstuffs I needed to prepare okra soup. I saw a friend of mine and then we talked for long and then I went back home to go and cook.

Fortunately for me, there was light so I used the light to cook. That was more faster, though not really reliable because of the nature of light we have here. After I finished cooking, I dished it and then I used garri to eat the soup. It was actually very delicious.

After I finished eating, I took my bath and then I wore my clothes and then I went out to go and stroll. Boy, it was a cold evening and you could see the entire environment was so quiet. People had gone inside because of the extreme cold out there. I just took a picture of myself and the street before heading back home.

When I came back home, I had a very brief class with my students and then that was it. Although I still had a meeting when the class finished, so I quickly attended the meeting before coming up here to come and share my diary.
