week--36|| My Weekly Food Highlight
I always strive to create diverse content, that is why I am here today with a new post. Today, I will share the best meals I had this week, along with my thoughts and feelings about them. Food is always a fascinating subject. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi ma'am for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let’s get started---
I currently live in a student hostel.where meals are prepared in bulk for everyone, and we pay a fixed monthly charge for them. Although the food may not be particularly flavorful, it is healthy.A variety of vegetables are cooked with minimal spices in a light broth.Above all, I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing new flavors this week.

Thursday(Dinner)
(Rice, dal, soybean curry with potatoes, and boiled egg)
For Thursday's dinner, I had rice, lentils, a soybean and potato curry, and a boiled egg. Red lentils and boiled eggs are highly beneficial for the body and rich in protein.So I boiled the eggs right in my room. Besides, I have always enjoyed eating soybeans.
Tuesday(Dinner)
(Rice, dal, sweet pumpkin recipe, and aloo dum)
For Tuesday's dinner, I had rice, dal, and a sweet pumpkin curry and aloo dum.I had actually bought the Aloo Dum from our hostel canteen.It featured a wonderful combination of fenugreek and coriander leaves.
Sunday(lunch)
(Puffed rice, sweet pumpkin fritters, and sandesh)
For Sunday lunch, I had sweet pumpkin fritters and sandesh with puffed rice.Even though the fritters had gone cold. Besides, just as spicy fritters taste great with puffed rice, the sweet sandesh is equally enjoyable.
Monday(Breakfast and dinner)
(rice, dal, fish curry,bottle gourd curry,egg Bhurji with Potatoes and Okra Curry)
For Monday's breakfast, I had rice, dal, fish curry, and a dish made from fish head and bottle gourd. At the hostel, potatoes are added to almost every curry.The fish curry is usually very watery,but the bottle gourd dish turned out to be delicious.
For dinner on Monday, I had rice, dal, egg bhujia with potatoes, and okra curry.Even though I really dislike okra stew. As for the egg bhujia with potatoes, I had prepared it myself in my room using an induction cooktop.
