Share your thoughts about CHILDHOOD
Hello, friends, welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Share your thoughts about Childhood" as part of my participation in this contest organized by @shahidalinaz
Childhood is the developmental stage of life for every human being who is born. During the stage of childhood, parents take good care of their child because their child can't take care of themselves, and childhood is the first stage of life that many of us have experienced and passed through.
My childhood days were good, memorable, and pleasant because of the love my parents showered on me, and for the kind of people that I grew up with. During childhood, I came to understand that my decisions were accepted by my parents, especially during the time that I felt ill; whatever I needed during my sick days as a child was provided by my parents.
My parents often used to take good care of me and treat me very well. Then my dad would often carry me on his shoulders and play with me, while my mom would be begging me to eat. I was treated like a king by my parents, but today such preferential treatment is no more, as I am now an adult who can do things for myself.
During our childhood stage, we were all taken care of by our parents, as we literally knew nothing about life then. For me, during my childhood days, I was more concerned about eating and playing with friends both at school and at home. But today, as I have grown, my concern is about money, good health, and how to better myself.
My childhood was the sweetest stage of life. During my adolescence, leaving the lifespan of childhood, my parents enrolled me in a far-away school, and my dad often came to pick me up after school hours; when he was driving me home, there was a shop he would stop at and buy me biscuits and sweets.
Indeed, my childhood days were filled with a lot of memories which I cannot just finish telling all in this post.

Such a warm and nostalgic reflection on childhood. I really enjoyed reading how your parents cared for you and made you feel loved and protected. The memory of your father carrying you on his shoulders and stopping to buy biscuits and sweets on the way home is especially sweet—it shows how even the simplest moments can become precious memories as we grow older.I also liked the comparison between childhood and adulthood. As children, our biggest worries were usually about playing, eating, and having fun, while growing up brings responsibilities, health concerns, and financial pressures. Childhood truly is a special stage that we can never return to, but the memories and love from those days stay with us forever. Thank you for sharing these beautiful memories with us.
