Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.Food is essential for our survival, but that doesn't mean we can consume just any food. We should not eat more than we need or less than we need. We must always be aware of healthy and fresh food.I love photography very much. I capture pictures of every moment of my daily life. The reason i am here today to attend the contest weekly delicious food highlights. So let's get started!
I'm starting today with the menu for today's meal. Today was Friday, and I was fasting, which in Islam is referred to as the fast of Ayam-e-Beez. To put it simply, the three fasts observed on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of every Arabic month are known as Ayam-e-Beez. Although I am pregnant and found today quite difficult, every servant must face trials for the sake of Allah's satisfaction. Anyway, I've shared the story behind this iftar; now I want to tell you what I had for iftar. I've kept a simple menu: cucumber, guava, dates, and banana, along with lemon juice and roasted chickpeas. These are healthy foods for me, so I didn't prepare items like piyaju or potato chops for iftar because they might affect my health negatively.

This food menu is from yesterday's breakfast time. Everyone in my in-laws' house prefers to eat roti for breakfast every morning. Although having the same food for breakfast every day feels monotonous, I am compelled to make roti every day because, even though I find this roti boring, everyone else likes it a lot. So, considering the family's preferences, I prepare their favorite breakfast every morning. To go with the roti, I had made spicy noodles and potato fry. I have liked potato fry since I was very young, and everyone in our house loves noodles. I usually cook noodles three to four times a week for breakfast.

This menu is from last Wednesday afternoon when I made lentil fritters for breakfast. Although making the lentil fritters was difficult for me because I had soaked the lentils for only two hours, they didn't soak well in the water. I didn't use a blender; instead, I ground the lentils by hand because I had packed away the blender, and I felt too lazy to take it out and use it again. After that, I chopped some onions and mixed them with a small amount of black cumin, salt, and turmeric. I picked some green chireta leaves from the front of the house and finely chopped them before adding them to the lentil mixture. Then, I fried them to make crispy, crunchy lentil fritters, which turned out to be very enjoyable. They are also very nutritious, as the chireta plant has many medicinal properties, as doctors say.

Nuts are good for each of our bodies; however, they contain a significant amount of fat and oil, so we should always consider our body weight and calorie intake when consuming them.In the evening, I felt like eating something crunchy, but I couldn't decide what to have. After that, I went to the kitchen and searched for some cashews and peanuts. I always eat raw nuts, but today I thought of eating them differently. So, I poured a little ghee into a pan and roasted the nuts in the ghee over low heat for 10 minutes. After roasting, I sprinkled a little salt on top to enhance the flavor.

Today I am concluding my post here. If there are any mistakes, please forgive me. I hope to sincerely thank the mam for giving us such a beautiful contest. I am really glad to be able to participate in this contest, please pray for me..

Hi @saniya9
You have beautifully showcased your weekly meal moments. I really enjoyed the photos and descriptions of each dish—especially the healthy Iftar spread. I wasn't previously aware of the practice of frying nuts in ghee, so I’d like to try that myself someday. I hope you continue with such wonderful presentations and participation. Best wishes.

These specific foods play a vital role in maintaining daily health and well-being. Cashews and peanuts are incredibly healthy, and I believe it is essential to include them in our daily diet.
Furthermore, the noodles, fried potatoes, and the special bread—which looks wonderfully soft, fluffy, and delicious—are showcased beautifully; they make for a perfect breakfast.
Additionally, items like cucumbers, guavas, dates, chickpeas, and refreshing drinks contribute significantly to better health. I hope the joy of serving such meals to your family remains close to your heart, and I thank you for sharing these special foods along with such an engaging story. It is also worth noting that these dishes can be prepared quite quickly.
