Hello Everyone!!!
I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest The Delicious 😋 Food Highlights Week#44 by @ngoeny . I'll highlight four delicious food that i enjoyed this week.
Stir-fry Chicken Vegetable With Rice

This yummy and quick recipe is one of my daughter's favourite recipe. We often make it on her desire. It can be enjoyed with rice or pasta. This week I made it after a long time so everyone enjoyed it a lot. To start recipe just sauté vegetable in oil separately and keep them a side then sautéed chicken boneless with garlic ginger paste and add black pepper and salt and red chilli powder and cook it for some time then mixed all veggies and add vinegar and soy sauce in it. Add veggies when chicken get tender otherwise veggies will lost their crunchy texture.
Honestly, this stir fried chicken with vegetable is my favourite because it is so quick and healthy. You don't need a lot of oil or spices, just fresh vegetables, some chicken, soy sauce and your love. I always make it when I have less time but want to eat something tasty. My kids also love it because the chicken is soft and the vegetables are still crunchy and colorful. You can eat it with rice or chapati or even alone. Trust me, once you try it, you will make it again and again.
Potato Cutlets
Potato cutlets are one of those snacks that never fail to make everyone happy. Crispy from outside, soft and spicy from inside, they are just perfect with evening tea. I love them because you can make them with very simple ingredients that are already in your kitchen - just potatoes, some spices, and breadcrumbs. My kids always come running when they smell the frying. They are best when served hot with ketchup or green chutney.
To make delicious snacks just boiled potatoes and mashed them add spices according to your taste coat it with flour and beaten egg then fry it. You can freeze then in air tight box for 1-2 days too.
Chicken Sandwiches

This week i made chicken sandwiches two time once for tea time and other for lunch boxes. Chicken sandwich is my go-to snack when I am hungry and want something quick but filling. Soft bread, creamy mayo, juicy shredded chicken and a little bit of veggies - it is a perfect combination. I love to make it for my kids' lunchbox because it is healthy and they never complain. You can make it spicy or mild as you like. Best part is, you can use leftover chicken also, so nothing goes to waste.
For making i just boiled chicken with black pepper, salt and garlic ginger paste. Then shredded it. Mixed with mayonnaise or cream cheese, salt and pepper and veggies and just spread this filling over a bread to make sandwich.
And to be honest, it becomes even more tasty if you toast it a little on the pan, the bread gets a bit crispy outside but soft inside. I sometimes add a cheese slice too because my kids just love that cheesy pull. You can easily pack it for a picnic or for office, it doesn't get spoiled quickly. It's a very simple thing but every time I eat it, it just feels so satisfying.
Chicken Nuggets
Chicken nuggets are my kids' absolute favourite and honestly mine too. Whenever I don't know what to cook for evening snacks, I just fry some nuggets and everyone is happy. They are crispy outside, juicy and soft inside, and you can dip them in ketchup or mayo. My kids always ask for extra, so I have to make a big batch.
What I love most is that you can make them at home with fresh chicken and they are much healthier than market ones. I usually make a lot and store them in the freezer, so when guests come suddenly, I have something quick to serve. Hot, crunchy chicken nuggets with a cold drink is just the perfect combination, especially on weekends.
These are four highlighted recipes from this week . My this week was quite delicious I made chocolate brownies, cofee cake , sandwiches, lentils and many other foods. At the end I would like to invite @roohiasif99, @sualeha and @drhira for the contest. That’s all for today's contest. Thanks for giving time to my post.
Best regards
