We receive with deep gratitude and enthusiasm the trust you have placed in us by assigning us this important responsibility. For our team, being selected as Community Curators in the “Steem Improvers” category for the month of September is a true honor and, at the same time, a commitment we take very seriously.

We will carry out this role by carefully following the established guidelines and making responsible use of the tools and resources entrusted to us. We aim to perform this task with impartiality, dedication, and professionalism, ensuring that our work contributes positively to the growth and quality improvement of content within the Steem community.

Our work involves discovering posts that contain valuable ideas, experiences, knowledge, or creativity but fall short of their full potential due to presentation issues.

An Improver doesn't simply point out what is wrong. They seek to identify a post's potential and help the author develop it through clear, respectful, and constructive feedback.

We don't just find good posts. We help good posts become better.

Our mission is to elevate the overall quality of content published on Steem by helping authors improve their writing and presentation skills.

Therefore, we aim to:

• Identify what is limiting its quality.
• Provide practical recommendations.
• Encourage authors to improve their future posts.
• Promote better writing and presentation habits.
• Create a culture where criticism is constructive and useful, not destructive.

It is not about seeking perfection; it is about helping to produce better posts, one author at a time.

What Steem Improvers Do NOT Evaluate

We at Steem Improvers are not here to judge content based on ideology, opinion, popularity, or economic value. Our focus is on the quality of the presentation and concrete opportunities for improvement.

1. We do not evaluate whether we agree with the author's opinion.

2. We do not evaluate ideology or personal beliefs.

3. We do not evaluate the author.

4. We do not evaluate how much money the post might earn.

5. We do not try to turn every post into “our style.”

6. We do not correct every minor error.

7. We do not evaluate the quality of the content as arbiters of truth.

8. We do not seek out posts simply because they are “bad.”

9. We do not select posts to benefit specific individuals.

We evaluate how effectively valuable content is presented to the reader.

Specifically:
