Recently I went to Hougang Sports Centre for social pickleball games for the very first time. I actually came by a different route this time round and saw the main ActiveSG sign welcoming everyone near the entrance.
最近我第一次去后港体育中心参加匹克球社交打球活动。这次我是走另一条路线过来的，远远就看到了巨大的 ActiveSG 招牌在欢迎大家。
As I walked towards the main hall, I peeked inside and saw people playing badminton at first. But then I heard that distinct "pok pok" sound coming from behind the heavy curtains! So I walked out and looked around for another entrance into the hall.
当我走向主体育馆时，往里面瞄了一眼，只看到有人在打羽毛球。不过接着就听到幕帘后方传来阵阵熟悉的“扑扑”击球声！于是我绕出走廊，寻找另一个能够通往正确区域的入口。
Walking along the red brick corridor, I passed by the water dispenser and a 100PLUS vending machine before going inside. That was when I knew I was heading to the right place!
沿着这道红砖柱子的走廊往前走，在进去之前还经过了饮水机和 100PLUS 自动售卖机。看到这些就知道自己没有走错路了！
Once inside, I was happy to see four nice courts set up with ActiveSG barriers. I planted my stuff at the bench next to court number two where my playing group gathered to start our matches. The courts are relatively new and really pleasant to play on.
进到馆内，眼前是四个用 ActiveSG 挡板隔开的亮堂匹克球场地。我把随身物品放在二号场地旁边的长椅上，我们这组朋友也准备开始比赛了。这里的球场设施相对较新，打起球来感觉特别顺手。
We had some lively doubles games with good kitchen line dinks, energetic smashes, and long rallies. It is always so fun sweating it out with fellow players and staying active in Singapore!
大家的双打比赛非常精彩，在网前 Kitchen 区域互打小球，也有爽快的扣杀与长拉锯战，现场十分热闹。在新加坡能和一群球友一起挥汗如雨、保持活力，真的很棒！
