Sunset - Samanala lake , Belihuloya

While going through my gallery, I found some of the old photographs which I have taken few years back. I used to visit Samanalawewa in the afternoon, to get some fresh air and to spend some time with my little son, Vihan. This was dry session, the wire in my first image, should be generally under the water, in rainy sessions.

Now I understand why photography is one of the best findings of science, the memories they bring are very important to our life. So many memories, so many feelings, can be stored in a small device now.

My son, Vihan loves this place. He has lot of space to run here and there and also he loves to throw stones to the lake. Also sometimes we come here to fly kites as this location is very windy.
