The Diary Game | 20-09-2026 |A moment of selling chili peppers with farmers.
Assalamu Alaikum/Adab my friend of Steem Space community, I am @kibreay001 speaking from Bangladesh
Hello to all my Steemit friends; I hope you are all doing very well. Today, I would like to share some moments from a trip to the market to sell chili peppers. A few days ago, many farmers in our area gathered to harvest chilies from their fields. I took some photos while we were preparing to transport the harvest from the village to the market on a van a trip I joined because I had also harvested chilies from my own plants to sell. I captured images starting from the moment the chilies were being loaded onto the van and carefully secured on top. Let me share these moments with you now, step by step.
If you look at the scene above, you will see us the farmers climbing onto the van after the chili peppers had been neatly secured with ropes. We all sat on the van for the journey to the wholesale market. Upon arrival, we sold our produce; essentially, shop owners purchased the chilies from us at wholesale rates. I sold my chilies which weighed approximately 37 kilograms at a price of 104 Taka per kilogram. After completing the sale, I returned to the van and found that many of the other farmers had already finished selling their produce and were waiting there.
If you look at the image above, you will see the scene after I had finished selling my chili peppers. About six of us farmers who also sell chilies had gone to the wholesale market together. While waiting on the van for the others to finish their sales and regroup, we planned to head back home once everyone was ready. This is how chilies are typically sold at the wholesale markets in our area. It was a truly wonderful experience going there as a group. I imagine there are similar chili-selling spots in your respective areas as well. I hope you enjoy this post. Thank you all.
