Before watching Under Siege (1992)

Hello guys. So I am back now on Steemit. I hope to write about more movie stuff, and mostly it will be rants. Like, not very useful to anyone maybe, but they are rants, but at the same time, they will be useful because they are authentic and conversational. And maybe, I don't know, they are something about rants on social media.

So, just two days ago, I downloaded a movie called Under Siege (1992). I don't know if you know, but I recently got a TV that is capable of 4K and has a 65-inch screen. So far, I didn't really use this 4K capability yet, and it's been one and a half years since I bought it.

So, with this movie, I'm trying to use the 4K quality and see if it is actually any good. I downloaded the Pahe encode, which is supposed to be good. They are pretty good encoders, very good quality for an affordable size. They are excellent encoders, truly.

This movie is supposed to be starring Steven Seagal, who was apparently a big action star in the 80s and 90s. But weirdly enough, this is going to be the first film I'm seeing from him. I'm a big, big fan of 80s and 90s action flicks, and I've been seeking, searching for, and watching many good action movies from that era. But I haven't come across many films starring him. So, this will be the first. Let's see how good he is at depicting these hero characters.

Oh, so apparently it is from the same director who directed The Fugitive, which is a movie that I absolutely love. So, this should be good. It should be enjoyable to me. Let's see if it aligns with my cup of tea.

I love this era of action films. And the plot is something about a ship being taken over by some terrorist group or something. But they underestimate the cook of that ship, which sounds like a nice underdog-type plot, kind of like Die Hard. So, maybe it is somewhat similar to Die Hard. They forget that he is not just some ordinary cook, underestimate him, and he ends up doing amazing things.

So, hopefully, it is fun. Let's see if it looks good in 4K. And yeah, I think that is about it. I don't know when I will be able to watch it, but I will definitely post my thoughts on it after watching it here on Steemit.I kept the little self-corrections and conversational phrasing because they’re part of what makes it sound like you actually wrote it, rather than turning it into a polished movie-review article.
