Bashtoil Fast Food Corner, Mirzapur

Assalamu Alaikum, friends. Today, I am going to take you to a special fast-food shop in our town that offers a variety of fast-food items. Among them, I consider the roasted chicken and naan bread to be the most famous.

It is located in our town of Mirzapur-Bashtail, specifically on the eastern side of Mirzapur-Bashtail College. You can easily reach the place by following the location details.

A few days ago, I took a friend out for some fast food in the afternoon. I decided to share a review of this restaurant with everyone. Upon entering, I was impressed by the décor; the interior is beautifully arranged, with the lighting—featuring various colors set against the walls—being particularly striking.

There is also a refrigerator inside stocked with drinks and ice cream. The venue offers ample seating space, making it a great spot to host a party with family or friends.

Let us discuss the outdoor kitchen section. There is an outdoor kitchen area at the front of the restaurant where various dishes are prepared in plain view of customers. However, the area is covered with a protective sheet to keep out dirt and dust.

It features a specialized oven for making naan bread, which is prepared using flour and other ingredients and cooked over direct heat. As a specialty bread, it pairs well with various dishes. Three staff members work in this outdoor kitchen section, and they all maintain high standards of cleanliness while working.

In the section slightly to the left, you will see an oven—essentially the machine used to roast the chicken. Chickens of various types and sizes are roasted here. Roasted chicken is a popular fast-food item in Bangladesh; the chicken is marinated with a blend of spices before being roasted and sold in different portion sizes.

You can choose to order a quarter or a half-chicken. Since my friend and I were there, we ordered two quarters. The chickens are roasted for at least one to one-and-a-half hours to ensure they are perfectly cooked and ready to eat. It is served with naan bread.

You will need to wait at least five to ten minutes after placing an order, as the food is prepared fresh and served piping hot. If you order the roasted chicken, it comes with various salads, tomato sauce, a tangy dip, and other accompaniments. They also serve dishes like rice, meat, and fish. We placed our order and ate while sitting nearby, right next to an open field. Some of the food prices are listed below.

You can have any food item packed to take home or elsewhere; extra parcel boxes are available for this purpose. However, you must place an order in advance for any takeaway items. Payments can be made either online or in cash. A staff member is always present at the indoor cash counter to handle transactions. The interior is clean and tidy, and the staff treats customers well; my experience was very positive.
