Hello amigos, It's a great day again to participate in the steem for Nigeria's weekly contest, I really value this contest because it gets us unaware and can be a reflection when we actually receive such amount of money, dive in with me to find out my choice of things to spend on having 10 million.

• How would you spend 10 Million in just 24 Hours?

If I was presented with the chance of getting ₦10 million within 24 hours, I would make sure that I invest all the money in ways that are likely to appreciate and generate more wealth in the coming days. First, I would make sure that I allocate ₦5 million to buy STEEM since I am sure of the possibilities associated with the blockchain technology and how much STEEM will earn in the future. The money allocated in STEEM will be used in buying the coin so that I can be able to influence matters on the STEEM platform as well as profit from its appreciation in the future. It should be considered more of an investment than a cost.

With my investment in STEEM taken care of, I will spend ₦3.5 million in purchasing other crypto coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a few altcoins. By diversifying my investments in various crypto coins, I will be able to get some good returns from various successful blockchain projects. In addition, I will spend ₦500,000 in purchasing good clothing because looking neat is very important. The clothes purchased will consist of outfits for use during formal events and at work.

With the ₦1 million that will be left, I will purchase land. Land is one of the few assets which always appreciates with time and is thus a great investment. Even if I am not going to use the land right away, it will prove to be very beneficial to me. At the end of the day, all my money will have been invested in things which are likely to make me richer in the coming days.

What makes me want to spend ₦5 million on STEEM the most is the evidence of the power of the platform to bring success to individuals who keep being consistent in what they do. The example I witnessed was a story of a content creator who used to have nothing in the beginning but later earned respect by consistently using the platform to grow. I saw that the wealth comes not from purchasing luxury goods but by putting money into assets which will help to multiply the funds. In case I had 24 hours to spend ₦10 million, I would be glad to purchase a valuable digital asset that will generate money even after this one-day period ends.

As for other cryptocurrency investments, I would like to spend ₦3.5 million because I realize that it is better to have different digital assets than just rely on one of them. Finally, I would spend ₦500,000 on clothing because I know how important clothes are for confidence. Once I attended an important event dressed in the best clothes I had. This helped me to feel comfortable talking with people and taking advantage of different opportunities. In my opinion, clothes are not only fashionable pieces; they can be useful when preparing for life-changing events.

I would use the last ₦1 million to buy land because this is one of the rare assets which never depreciate. While growing up, I witnessed how some people were buying expensive cars and phones and spending tons of money on parties. However, after a short while, these things became worthless. On the contrary, those who bought land a few years ago started earning money from selling it due to constant price increase. Thus, the example helped me to understand that I would like to give the chance to my future family to profit from owning the land.

• Do you consider your choice as a very wise choice or you chose to spend on those things under pressure?

Absolutely, I regard my choice as a wise one because I would do the same even if there were no limited time frame to make a decision. I did not use the money just because of the pressure of time, but rather I used it considering the future of mine. Every time I get any sum of money, I ask one question to myself: will this help me five or ten years in the future? In this way, I got convinced that real riches come with getting some assets, not by spending money on something unimportant and useless for me. Instead of buying everything at once I made purchases which are profitable and meet some my needs.

Making choice of STEEM, different cryptocurrencies, good clothes and land shows my attitude to spending money wisely. I believe that every naira I have should have its own goal. Investing into STEEM and other cryptocurrencies makes my money to multiply, buying good clothes makes me to look well in all situations and buying land gives me an asset that may increase its value during several years. All of these decisions were made after careful consideration, because every one of them is profitable for me in some way.

It is not rare that somebody gets rich amount of money and wastes all this money on cars, parties and other luxury stuff that loses its price very soon. And a few years later, most of these people remain poor. Observing all such situations, I realized that getting the money is one thing and managing it in a wise way is quite another. This is the reason why I consider my choice as a right one. No matter what someone will say about my decisions, I will always be satisfied with my deeds.
