Daily diary | 11 September 2026 | Celebrating my birthday today and having a surprise cake

hello steemians so today, my roommate woke me up with happy birthday song, after he sang for me he ask prayed for me, then I decided to check my WhatsApp only to see my photos posted on everyone status, it was a wow to me the love was massive

After I woke, brushed my teeth, so I went to the school chapel due to the fact that we had executive board retreat for newly selected executive, so I was to by the president that I will be ministering to the newly executive, I went that morning ministered to them and prayed for them (impartation) After the meeting I was suppose to be on my way home, because my mom was so anxious to see me on my birthday before she could go to church, unfortunately for me I checked my WhatsApp only to see that we had an impromptu lectures and it was compulsory I couldn't skip the class, so I attended the class till the end.

After lectures me and my friends left campus to my home, we spent 30 mins before we could get to my house, I got home there's nobody at home so my twin sister to me to come to the event centre on reaching there I was first surprised with a cake and then everyone present sang a birthday song for me.

After singing we swimmed, played games, ate and drink. After the event was done, me and my friend, hit the road back to the school, we got to school safely, on reaching school I had to reply all the birthday wishes on my DM and returned all the calls I missed when I was at the event centre.

My day was fun today, but a little stressful though I don't like the class session of my day it wanted to ruin my mood but the everything happens for a reason

So guys, today makes It the sixteen days today without power supply NEPA in Kaduna State Polytechnic no light, no water and it really frustrating.
