Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends!

There was a small house in our village. In the courtyard of which there was an old neem tree. Ali lived in this house with his mother. They did not have much land or wealth. Well they had a white goat in their house named Chandni.

Chandni was very dear to Ali. Wherever he went, Chandni would follow him. When Ali returned from school, the first thing Chandni would see was her, pulling the rope and the mummy. Ali would also put his bag aside and stroke her head.

One day Ali's mother said,
“Son, don't take Chandni out today. The sky looks bad.”

Ali laughed and said,
“Mom, the sun is out now. I will be back in a while.”

He took Chandni. Well he went to the fields outside the village. The grass was very green there. So Chandni started roaming around happily.

Suddenly, dark clouds covered the sky. A strong wind began to blow. Ali decided to go back home. Well at the same time. The heavy rain began to fall.

The path was filled with mud. Ali started walking quickly. Well after going a little far. His foot slipped and he fell into a pit. His leg hurt badly. He kept trying to get up, but could not succeed.

The rain was getting heavier.

Ali called out in panic,
“Is there anyone? Save me!”

But there was no one around.

Chandni was standing at some distance watching him. She came to Ali and started to sing loudly. Then suddenly she ran towards the village.

Upon reaching the village, Chandni went straight to the door of Ali’s house and stood there. When Ali’s mother opened the door, Chandni started to sing continuously and then started to walk outside again.

Ali’s mother did not understand anything, but she thought in her heart that maybe Ali was in some trouble.

She immediately followed Chandni with her neighbor.

After some time, they heard Ali's voice. He was stuck in the pit.

The neighbor immediately pulled him out and brought him home.

Ali's mother hugged him and started crying. Ali saw the drenched Chandni. Well he put his arms around his neck.

He said,
“Mom, Chandni saved my life today.”

His mother patted his head and said,
“Son, animals cannot speak. Well they definitely understand love and loyalty.”

After that day, Chandni was no longer just a goat for Ali. She had become a friend who supported him in difficult times without any greed.

Many years have passed, but even today, when Ali recalls this incident, he definitely remembers one thing:

True loyalty does not need language. Sometimes even a silent animal can teach a person a lesson that the whole world cannot teach.
