Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah I am also well. Today I will share my experience of making chicken momos with my own hands. The joy of making some food with your own hands is different. And when that prepared food can be enjoyed with the whole family, the joy increases even more.

Momos are one of my favorite foods. Although I like eating momos from outside, there is a different satisfaction in making them with my own hands. So, during the holidays, I made delicious chicken momos at home. First, I made soft dough with flour and left it for a while. Then, I made a delicious filling with chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, black pepper, a little salt and necessary spices. Then, I filled the thin wrappers of the momos one by one and folded them neatly. While making each momo, I tried to make it look beautiful and the filling inside was also right. When all the momos were made, I steamed them well in a steamer.

After being steamed, the momos looked as beautiful as they were soft and delicious to eat. They were accompanied by a sweet and sour homemade sauce. The hot momos were really amazing with the spicy sauce. What I liked the most was that the entire preparation was done by myself. From selecting the ingredients to making the filling, folding the momos and cooking, there was love and care in every step. The taste of food made by myself with time in the kitchen makes it taste a little better. These chicken momos are not just a food, but a small expression of my love, hard work and passion for cooking. The joy of enjoying momos made by myself with the whole family is different.
