Making Exam Papers Is Not an Easy Task

Hi friend! I love to share part of my daily life. These days I am busy prepare exam papers for my school students. People think making paper is very simple task. We only write some questions and print them. But honestly it is not that easy especially when we prepare papers for playgroup to prep class.

Every class needs different paper according to its learning level. When I prepare papers for little kids I have to think carefully about every question. First I collect suitable pictures for questions. After I convert those pictures in black & white. So student can easily see them and use in their work. After that I set every picture in paper and make sure everything look clear.

I also have to write school name and title at top. Then I add class name and other details. After setting everything properly I start thinking about questions. What should be first question? What should I ask next? Is this question easy enough for small children? Will they understand it without too much difficulty?

These are small things but they take lot of time. We cannot give difficult questions to little kids to make paper look good. We have to understand their mental level and prepare questions according to what they have learn in class. Good paper should test their learning without creating unnecessary confusion for them. Sometimes I spend long time set pictures and setting questions. One small change can disturb whole page. Then I have to check everything again and make sure paper looks neat and easy to understand. My main goal is to make papers that are helpful for children and suitable for their age.

As a teacher I believe our responsibility is not only to teach student. But also to understand their needs. Pre class student learn better when thing are simple and clear. That is why prepare exam papers need patience creativity. This work look ordinary to other people but teachers know how much effort goes in it. Behind every paper there is planning and hard work. We want our students to feel comfortable while solving their exams and show what they have learned.

Today I am spending my time on this important school task. It is tiring sometimes but when I think about my students and their learning I feel motivated to continue. Their education and progress are always important. 📚
