GOAT MEAT PEPPER SOUP: FROM FRESH MEAT TO A HOT, FLAVOURFUL MEAL
Good day everyone, it's your truly @solomonjohnson and welcome to another post from me.
There is something special about preparing a meal with fresh ingredients, especially when you know exactly where the main ingredient came from.
Today, our neighbour killed one of their goat, and since I was around, they kindly gave me some of the meat. I took it home and decided to turn it into something simple, spicy and satisfying goat meat pepper soup.
The first step was to clean the meat properly and cut it into manageable pieces. Goat meat has a distinct flavour, so proper cleaning and seasoning are important before cooking.
I also prepared some fresh onions and other ingredients to give the pepper soup a rich aroma and taste. The meat was cooked until it became tender, allowing the natural flavour of the goat meat to blend with the spices.
The goal wasn't to make anything complicated. Just good goat meat, the right spices, enough pepper and patience. And honestly, the aroma alone was enough to make the wait worthwhile. After everything was properly cooked, the pepper soup was ready. Hot, spicy, rich and full of flavour.
Sometimes, you don't need an expensive meal to enjoy good food. With fresh ingredients and a little effort, something as simple as goat meat can become a really satisfying dish. Good food doesn't always have to be complicated. Sometimes, simplicity is the secret.
What would you pair with your goat meat pepper soup — rice, yam, bread, or just enjoy it on its own? 😋

Esa foto de la sopa con su tono rojizo me trae un look otoñal de tonos tierra, ¿qué outfit combinarías con ese sabor? 🍲
