Today, I am going to post about a new restaurant located near my home. The name of this restaurant is Moner Swad. It is situated beside Tulsiram Road, right next to the Saidpur Municipal Vegetable Market. The restaurant opened two weeks ago and operates from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. It is located 2 kilometers away from the Saidpur railway station; a rickshaw ride from the station to the restaurant costs 20 Taka.

The ambiance of the restaurant is excellent. The interior décor was beautiful, featuring numerous lights that made the place look even more attractive. Additionally, plenty of fans were installed to keep customers cool. There was a separate air-conditioned room at the back, but it was so crowded that there wasn't a single seat available; spots were filling up as soon as they became vacant. Consequently, we had to sit outside to have our meal.

The kitchen was located at the front of the restaurant; cooking facilities were set up on both sides of the entrance. On one side, items like roti, naan, and paratha were being prepared, while other dishes were being cooked on the opposite side. Additionally, various foods were kept in large vessels. The restaurant served piping hot food immediately after orders were placed.

A number of staff members worked at the restaurant, including three or four cooks, two people at the cash counter, and six or seven waiters. There were many tables in the restaurant, each with seating for four people. Every table was equipped with a menu, a salt shaker, and a jug of water accompanied by seven or eight glasses.

The waiters at the restaurant were excellent; they visited every table to take orders and served the food very quickly. We ordered plain naan and chicken boti kebab. My wife and I visited the place in the evening, and it was primarily my wife who ordered these dishes. I ordered a cup of milk tea, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The milk tea at this restaurant had a unique taste.

The owner of this shop resides in Saidpur. He established this restaurant to offer quality food to the people of Saidpur. This is the first high-quality restaurant to open on Tulsuram Road, which is why it is attracting large crowds. The food quality was excellent; I found the tea particularly outstanding. The service was good, and the interior atmosphere was comfortable. Dining in the air-conditioned room was a wonderful experience.
