Hatred of Smoke
One day, a young man—the protagonist of this story—went out for a walk. As he was walking along the road, he noticed a man passing by with a lit cigarette in his hand.
It is worth mentioning that the protagonist had never touched a cigarette in his entire life. In fact, he deeply disliked people who smoked.
As the man walked past him, the cigarette smoke became unbearable. The protagonist was so overwhelmed with anger that, for a moment, he felt like smashing the man's head....
His hatred for smoking did not end there. Whenever he saw a driver smoking, he refused to get into that vehicle. Even some of his own friends smoked, and because of that, he kept his distance from them. He believed that anyone who knowingly continued such a harmful habit could not be a good influence.
Countless questions ran through his mind.
"Don't these people feel any shame smoking in front of so many others? Do they ever stop to think about how much discomfort their smoke causes to non-smokers? Do they realize how much harm they are doing to innocent people? Are they really that unaware? Didn't their parents teach them any better?"
These thoughts constantly troubled him. Sometimes, his frustration became so intense that he even cursed them in his heart. After all, he believed society was no longer as good as it once was.
