SVM Testnet Progress: Oracle Client Fixes & v0.0.4 Preparation
This update details the current network health, validator status, oracle client issues and v0.0.4 security upgrade preparation of SVM testnet. Here you can see all the current status and you can see a very good position by looking at everything here.
In addition, the developers are working on all the minor bugs in the network and the validators here are also working very well and I can see that they are doing a lot of good things by doing everything here.
The developer team is investigating a bug/edge case in the oracle client software as a possible cause. However, this investigation will be published here very soon and we will see something good here by solving all the problems in a very short time.
The performance of the validators in the background duties is continuously monitored due to the unified accountability system of v0.0.3. If the Oracle client experiences a slight desynchronization, signing delay or loop failure, the validator's work may be registered as missed. As a result, the slashing mechanism may be triggered and the validator may be temporarily jailed.
In this case, we will see everything very well. In addition, when you see the Oracle client and everything around it, you will understand everything well.
The main goal now is to fix the situation so that no honest validator is wrongly penalized due to client-side timing or state-management problems.
