SVM Testnet Progress: Stable Network & Sherpa Protocol Next
Steem Virtual Machine (SVM) Testnet has been successfully stabilized after the v0.0.4 upgrade. New security patches, withdrawal-payout hardening and state-sync recovery workflow are working effectively.
So far, those who have joined us to work as validators have been able to do everything here quite well and here we will see all our validators in an automated state here only when one of our validators completes his own work here
Next Big Milestone — Sherpa Protocol
After the validator set is fully restored, the next important task for SVM will be the deployment and testing of Sherpa Protocol smart contracts. As we have seen so far that the SVM tasks we had are completed and we have integrated everything from various security updates here, now our next task will start here
When all our validators become active here, we will be done and I think we can do it in time, at the same time we will be able to see our own tasks here in a very short time
152K+ blocks and 10/11 active validators show that the SVM testnet has become quite stable after the v0.0.4 upgrade. Now that the last validator is back online, the next big step for SVM will be the Sherpa Protocol deployment.
Important Reminder: The Steem Virtual Machine (SVM) is strictly in its testnet phase. All bonded STEEM, transactions executed, and tokens generated are purely for testing the consensus and EVM execution layers. There is no real-world monetary value attached to this chain or its assets.
