SVM Testnet Surpasses 187K Blocks: Validator Status & Sherpa Protocol Ahead
The main points of this update are the 187K+ blocks milestone, validator status, and Sherpa Protocol preparation. Everything is happening for us slowly and we have finished all the updates and security from the past and now we are preparing for a new one
After the previous v0.0.4 security upgrade and the next v0.0.4.1 maintenance update, the network's consensus and security infrastructure are stable.
However, 2 validators are in jailed state:

- @steem-space
The important thing here is that being jailed does not mean that the validator is permanently removed. After updating and syncing their node, they need to return to the active set with an unjail transaction.
Latest v0.0.4.1 images must be used. Automated ./update.sh script simplifies tasks like update, chain-data reset, peer refresh, and state-sync.
Once the node is fully synced and the Oracle is up and running, the validator can be returned to the active set with a steemvmd tx slashing unjail transaction.
One of the most important parts is the Sherpa Protocol.
Once the SVM network is stable and the validator set is back to maximum capacity, the next major milestone will be to deploy and test Sherpa Protocol smart contracts.
