Today, I will participate in a challenge of @sualeha ma'am in the Steemit Challenge 33, week 05. The name of the challenge is Steemit challenge season 33 week 5 ||Tetra blocks/boxes crafting and painting||. I hope everyone likes my Tissues paper craft.

I made a beautiful tissue paper box using unnecessary cartons or old paper boxes. It didn't cost much to make. I found the work quite enjoyable and creative because I made it with my own hands

Materials needed:

Cardboard/thick paper box
Scissors or cutter
Scale
Pencil
Glue
Clear tape
Jute rope, and
Artificial or paper flowers.

Step 1:

Prepare the carton: First, take a sturdy cardboard box of the required size. Clean the inside and outside of the box thoroughly. Then, use a pencil to measure and mark a rectangular area on the front of the box to remove the tissue.

Step 2:

Prepare the area for tissue removal: Carefully cut out the stained area with a cutter. Be careful not to cut your hands while using the cutter. After cutting, clean the inside and secure it with tape if necessary.

Step 3:

Strengthen the box:
Apply glue and clear tape to the various folds and weak spots of the box. This makes the box stronger and does not get damaged easily. I also strengthen it by adding extra cartons on the inside as needed.

Step 4:

Decorate with jute rope:
I wrap jute rope around the top and bottom of the outside of the box with glue and attach it neatly. I try to keep the ropes side by side, so that it looks neat. This makes the ordinary cardboard box much more attractive.

Step 5:

Decorate with flowers:
Then I make or collect artificial flowers in pink and purple colors and glue them to the front of the box. Arranging the flowers on both sides enhances the beauty of the box. If you want, you can use flowers or leaves of other colors according to your choice.

Step 6:

Attaching the rope handle:
To make the box easy to carry or hang, use a thick jute rope. Tie the two ends of the rope tightly to the box. This allows the box to be held in the hand or hung as needed.

Step 7:

Final work:
After putting everything together, I wait for some time for the glue to dry. If there is any loose string or paper, I fix it with glue again. Finally, I put a tissue paper inside and check if the tissue comes out easily. Then I take a selfie with the tissue paper box.

Do you think recycling is a eco friendly habit? (2 -mark)

Yes, of course. Recycling is an environmentally friendly practice. Reusing old cartons, paper, or other items instead of throwing them away reduces waste and reduces environmental pollution. For example, I recycled old cartons to make tissue paper boxes. On the one hand, it reduced costs, and on the other hand, I also used a discarded item.

Any difficulty you faced during practical tasks ?(1-Marks)

Yes, I faced some difficulties while doing the practical work. After making the tissue paper box, I felt that if the color of the paper on the carton was green, yellow or some other beautiful color, then the box would look more attractive and beautiful. But there was no opportunity to change the color of the paper I used. So after finishing the work, I felt a little sad. But I was able to make a usable thing with my own hands-that is what I liked the most.
