Team Work : Marketing Lesson #14

Hi dear streamians,

I'm a great fan of Robert Beno Caldini, a professor, psychologist, author, speaker, psychology authority and marketing. His teaching qualifications in marketing, business and psychology are unmatched and when he says something then it certainly has a lot of weightage. Robert has written a number of books but the most famous of his books influence the psychology of persuasion which has been the result of more than 30 years of study in certain specific reasons for people to succeed in business setting, you know, great phenomenon.

Incidentally, the book Influence has been published in 25 languages and sold over 2 million copies as far as much as I know. This book is available on Amazon and Google. There is nothing better than fully convincing someone.

My question is, do you convince or force your team to learn something new? Yeah, I guess that's the best strategy. Yes, that's the best strategy. Is it if you wish to handle your team like a true leader and see your team as a well-oiled machine, as a leader, you can force your decision but that will bring, I think that will bring not results what you expect.

However, if you try to convince your team and take their corrective suggestions in account, the entire atmosphere will change and chances of success will increase according to your expectation. Your team has no alternative but to provide according to your plan but if they are not fully convinced, the chances are they will not give their 100 percent. You will have to agree that as a team leader you can force your team to work according to your plan even if they are not convinced with your strategy.

Do you know if your team is fully convinced with your views, you have every chance to lead your team to desired results. That's what I feel. Thank you very much for listening to me.
