Grandfather and Anne

Hello my dear Steemians,

 

Anne is young woman who is very caring and loving toward her family and also she loved her grandfather, who was with her since she remember herself. Her grandfather had a house and a farm that is why Anne loved to help him and both of them were like one team.

Anne slowly grown up despite of that she still loved to visit him and they enjoy evenings in front of fireplace. One day when Anne came from her school her mother told that her grandfather died. He went to sleep and did not wake up. Anne’s mother found him in the morning who was peacefully was lying in bed.

Anne was very sad and could not imagine that her old friend her grandfather is not there any more. She was not able to sleep and dreamed about their time together. Once she had a dream and there her grandfather visited her and said that Anne should not be sad and that he will be always there for her and will be looking after her from there where she is.

In the morning when Anne was on the way to her school, there was a dog who suddenly appeared there, it looked into the eyes of Anne and she immediately felt different, there was warmth overwhelming her but also it brought a peace to her heart first time since she lost her grandfather.

When Anne came home her mother was surprised but she saw that the dog is making Anne happier, so she decided to let a dog to be there.

Next few days Anne, noticed that the dog became her best friend, no matter what Anne is doing the dog was there, even when she was working in kitchen her dog was there watching what she is doing. She loved to chat with her dog while she was doing some work, she also noticed that the reaction of her dog to anything that she dis was almost the same like she expected from her grandfather. At that time she remembered her dream and her grandfather’s words that he will be there for her, that moment she looked at her dogs eyes and it was like he read her mind and looked happy.
