Each step on these wooden planks echoed with a peculiar resonance on this overcast day. The clouds overhead seemed so dense, almost tangible, as if promising imminent rain. The autumn gold of the trees on both sides of the bridge glowed particularly brightly against the gray sky. I have always loved this old suspension bridge; its structure appears so fragile, yet incredibly reliable at the same time. I remember how we used to run across it as children, swinging it, but now I just stand and gaze into the distance, at the receding perspective. In moments like these, you feel part of something larger, part of this endless cycle of nature. I wonder how many stories these worn railings and steel cables hold, enduring the passage of time.
I love photography. I spend time in nature, walking around the city. And I often take pictures when I see something interesting.
I always edit my pictures (mostly using Lightroom) and love sharing them with the community.
And here you can see some of my works, that you can find in my blog
This photograph is truly fantastic. It looks like you captured the bridge leading into autumn.
That’s exactly how it looked!
