Sfenj & Tea - Perfect to end the day!

After a hard day having exams at college, I came back tired and hungry!
And guest what!?
Mom prepared some hot Sfenj - which is like a fried beignet and a Classic Moroccan afternoon snack!
Perfect for tea time
Specially with some El Mordjene paste which is like the Arabic version of Nutella!
And sipping my hot Mauritian milk tea along the Sfenj dipped in this paste…felt like the perfect way to end my day!
Have you ever tasted Sfenj?
They are called by different names in other countries…
