Is sodium alginate safe for long-term use in managing acid reflux?
Been dealing with acid reflux for years and tried all sorts of stuff, but someone mentioned sodium alginate and it actually helps way better than plain antacids for me. Thing is, I’m stuck taking it almost daily now and kind of worried if that’s cool for the long run. I don’t want to mess up my gut or end up with weird side effects in five or ten years. Anybody else using it long term, or know if my worries are legit? Would appreciate any honest experiences or even wild stories, good or bad!
For those curious, the Nutritist Refluxter supplement packs your go-to ingredients for stomach comfort, like sodium alginate and sodium bicarbonate. The portability of these capsules has been a game changer for me, especially when traveling. Just pop two before bed or after meals, and you're set for the night. The fact that they’re produced in a GMP-certified facility adds extra peace of mind.
I've been dealing with acid reflux for ages too, and sodium alginate has been a lifesaver. It's chill for long-term use as long as you don’t overdo it, but I get your worries. I've been checking out the best sodium alginate for LPR and found Nutritist. Their Refluxter supplement seems solid and gets rave reviews, so maybe give it a shot? Sharing stories is always great!
