[ESP/ENG] Pericos que vienen a visitar mi jardín diariamente/ Parakeets that come to visit my garden daily.

Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy les hablaré sobre como diariamente llegan pericos arroceros a visitar mi jardín y es que les encanta comer el fruto del mamon.

Tengo varios árboles de mamon con abundantes frutos y todos los dias los pericos vienen a alimentarse, les digo que hacen mucho ruido y desastre.

Es increible como despues de pasar a peligro de extinción se han reproducido de una manera increíble y se les ve en grandes cantidades lo que me contenta.

Estos animales requieren de atención cuando lo necesitan, yo actualmente estoy criando a unos que quedaron sin madre y hogar ya que cayeron de un árbol en plena lluvia.

Hello, dear friends of this wonderful community. Today, I want to tell you about the arrocero parakeets that visit my garden every day; they absolutely love eating the fruit of the mamón tree.

I have several mamón trees laden with fruit, and the parakeets come to feed on them daily—let me tell you, they make quite a racket and a huge mess.

It is incredible how, after once facing the threat of extinction, they have multiplied so remarkably; seeing them in such large numbers makes me very happy.

These animals need care when the situation calls for it; I am currently raising a few that were left without a mother or a home after falling from a tree during a heavy rainstorm.

Solo espero poder liberarlos y darles la mejor atención, ya lo he hecho muchas veces y me ha salido bien, además aprendo cosas nuevas.

Los pericos pueden comer muchas semillas, entre otras comidas que los hacen mas fuertes, quizas una pequeña desparasitacion.

Estos que andan libres se la pasan en todo el sector y fuera de el, y durante las tardes vuelan todos juntos con el ruido que los caracteriza.

I just hope to be able to set them free and give them the best care; I’ve done this many times before with good results, and I learn new things in the process.

Parakeets can eat a wide variety of seeds—along with other foods that strengthen them—and they might benefit from a quick deworming treatment.

The ones roaming free spend their time all over the area and beyond; in the afternoons, they fly together, making the characteristic noise they are known for.
