To have manmade wetland there would be pretty interesting :) plus floating platform for pedestrian path and cyclists, going through the wetland along the river, it will be another hot spot.
yep, together with selected trees and certain species of wetland culture.. it can cool the environment too and makes it more comfortable during afternoon hour.
