NOT BY HUMAN'S ABILITY OR PHYSICAL STRENGTH

Whatever God wanted to use you for would not be done by your own physical strength or ability or power. In addition, timing of events had to be understood in the fulfilling of God's purpose or plan for your life. I want to believe that Moses perceived that God's hand was on his life to help and liberate his people, but God does not move that way (Exodus 2:11-14; Acts 7:22-27). Whatever born out of flesh, human nature, would not be allowed or supported by God. Being used by God had to be initiated by God Himself, not by passion or human nature; It had to be birth of the Holy Spirit.
If a believer who had the call of God on his or her life did go ahead of God in doing or trying to fulfill what he or she perceived to be God's call on their lives, they would rather muddle up or complicate the issue If they would not pursue or follow it in God's way or pattern. Whoever goes ahead of God in order to bring to the fulfilment what he or she perceived to be God's plan for their lives would muddle up the plan and make it complicated.
Answering and fulfilling the call of God is by following His leadings systematically and progressively.
Is there a call of God on your life? Or Have you perceived there is an assignment which God has for you?
You would have to go to God and tell Him that you have accepted the call.
Then you would take a step further to know the what, the when, the where, and the how.
The what: Are you called a pastor or an evangelist, or any of the fivefold ministries, or to operate in the help ministry?
The when: Does God want you to start now or in the nearest future?
The where: Are you called to pioneer a new ministry, or you are to work with an existing ministry or church? Under this also, if you are called to pioneer a new work of ministry, you would have to know the location: town, city, or the nation where God wanted you to do the work.
The how: What are you to start with? Usually, you might need a formal training, attending a Bible School or a College of ministry.
It is good to be zealous for a good thing, however, a zeal without knowledge can be dangerous and be misguiding. Thus, get knowledge of the relevant facts about the work you are called or assigned to do, before you start running.
That said, whilst you are striving to know, do not be idle; whatever you can lay your hands to do, keep doing it. As you are faithful in the little, you would be put over much.
