We're Trying To

And working through the judicial branch and changing laws based off our Constitution, lawyers that are members of the bar, just most of them are not doing. You know, it's a very small percentage of lawyers that even call themselves constitutional lawyers, and they're all forced into being members of the bar. And this process is in the process of ending, of lawyers being forced into membership with the bar.

And I believe that we can move forward with this, with the right group of legal professionals, to create these organizations, to give the bar some competition, and bring back constitutional common law to the judicial branch and force the appeals court and the state Supreme Court to make these rulings and changing what our legislative branch is just pushing through, you know, without the checks and balances on is this even constitutional. Is what we're doing constitutional? Do we really need more laws? Or are we good where we're at? Or do we need to reel in a lot of these laws? Because I'm telling you, the Bruin decision shot down a law in New York that was in place for 111 years and ruled it unconstitutional. So, you know, we've got a lot of work to do.

And I believe it's, you know, like we're talking about, the state and the local level. And this is something we can do to change the trajectory of our judicial branch. Dude, I like that a lot.

Yeah, let me jump in now, too, because this is my area. I talk about, you know, lawfare against lawyers and conservatives and nonstop. And, you know, a couple points.

You said, Keith said that he, you know, doesn't have as much time to go to these local meetings. And, you know, that's because we're conservatives. We have full-time jobs.

The left sits around in their parents' basements on welfare, and they get paid to go do this lawfare and this welfare. So, you know, don't feel guilty. I mean, that's why.

And my other thoughts are, you know, I've been trying to do things. Every year now I put out a review of the judges up for retention election, and I go over all their backgrounds, their political history, everything. So, you know, we're trying to make inroads there.
