Frozon eggs in the fridge - fried - tasted still OK!
I put the eggs I bought from Costco in the fridge, and some of them froze. However, they still tasted fine after I fried them.

Interesting that the frozen eggs still fried well—did you notice any texture change in the whites or yolks? It’d be great to know if you tried any seasonings to counteract the freeze‑thaw effect! 🍳❄️
