Se pelan 2 kgs de papas en cubitos, se frien con abundante aceite, se escurren en papel de cocina para que no se enchumben en aceite.
Se baten 6 huevos y se mezclan con las papas, agregar sal y poner en un sarten a fuego lento.
Luego de 10 minutos darle la vuelta y cocinar 10 minutos mas.
Queda riquisisima.......

              @therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
