I'm pretty sure I know what the drink you're referring to is, what I don't get is 'the liquid award of this post'... this is the first contest I've come across that you need to pay to enter.
One half of the reward will be in Steem Powers, the other half will be in Steem and/or SBDs. This second half (Steems and SBDs) is what is called the liquid award.
