3. The Metaverse & VR Hype 🥽

We were told we’d all be living in digital worlds, attending meetings in virtual offices, and hanging out in the Metaverse. But if we are still wearing heavy, bulky goggles just to see a digital version of our friends, it’s going to look pretty ridiculous in the future. Imagine looking back at a video of someone wearing a giant plastic box on their face just to go to a virtual grocery store. "Remember when we had to charge our eyes?" 😂
