Why publish this at all

Suspension conditions are typically buried in terms documentation on the reasonable assumption that nobody wants to read them. Stating them plainly is more useful, if less comfortable.

Per the terms, an account or card may be blocked or suspended in cases of suspected fraud, violation of the terms and conditions, or a request from competent authorities.

The territorial condition

Separately, accounts linked to restricted territories may be suspended without notice — which is precisely why checking the restricted-country list before signing up matters more than it might appear.

The reciprocal obligations

The terms also document what's expected client-side: providing accurate information, protecting login credentials, not reselling the service, and using it legally and personally.
