"Virtual" Doesn't Mean Limited

A naming problem

The word "virtual" implies something partial or simulated, which misrepresents what's actually issued — a complete card credential set that merchants process identically to any other card.

What's issued

A card number, expiry date and CVV, available in-app as soon as funding confirms on-chain. Issuance is $10.

The real boundary

The genuine limitation isn't capability, it's physicality: ATM withdrawals and in-person terminal payments require the physical card at $100, with roughly a two-week shipping window.
