I saw that you undelegated from another account, and I have not been able to do the same for over 2 years.
How did you do it?
I had the same problem.
go to https://steemworld.org/@stimialiti
click on delegations > outgoing > edit
then set delegation to zero
It takes few days to come back to your account I think.
