September 2026 Community Curator Application – Gaming on Steem
Greetings Steemit Team and Steem Community!
We are pleased to submit our application for the September 2026 Community Curators program as a three-member team:
Theme Curators
Theme: Gaming on Steem – #steemgame 🎮
We would like to focus our curation efforts on the gaming ecosystem on Steem, supporting quality gaming-related content, game developers, gaming communities, players, and innovative projects.
Our team has a particular connection with this theme because we have already launched our own gaming project on Steem, SteemHop. Through this experience, we have developed a practical understanding of the effort required to build, promote, and maintain a gaming project within the Steem ecosystem.
However, our curation would not be limited to SteemHop or our own community. We would maintain a fair and unbiased approach and support eligible creators and projects based on the quality and value of their contributions.
Our Curation Goals
Our main objectives would be:
- Support #steemgame content that provides genuine value to the Steem community.
- Discover and encourage new gaming creators and developers.
- Support established gaming projects that continue to contribute to Steem.
- Promote original gaming content, development updates, tutorials, reviews, game-related experiences, and other meaningful contributions.
- Encourage interaction between developers, players, and the wider Steem community.
- Help gaming projects gain visibility and attract new participants to the Steem ecosystem.
- Give special attention to originality, effort, consistency, engagement, and overall content quality.
Why Our Team?
Our three-member team brings different perspectives and experience to the curation process.
@afzalqamar – Community and content-focused approach, with experience in Steem curation and supporting creators.
@steemchiller – Experience with Steem projects and community development, with a strong interest in the growth of the Steem ecosystem.
@blockseater – A valuable team member for reviewing gaming-related content and identifying projects and creators with potential.
Together, we can review content from different perspectives and work as a coordinated team to provide fair and consistent curation.
Our Commitment to Steem
We believe gaming can bring new users, developers, creativity, interaction, and utility to Steem.
Our own experience with SteemHop has shown us that gaming projects require not only development but also an active community and continuous engagement. We therefore want to use our experience to help discover and support other gaming-related contributions across Steem.
We will not focus only on popularity. We will look for quality, originality, genuine effort, useful contributions, and meaningful engagement.
We also understand the importance of responsible curation and will follow the Community Curator guidelines and Steemit's requirements.

Hello, I am Rimsha Kanwal. I am the first Pakistani female witness, and I am the account holder behind @blockseater. I actively contribute to the technical and developmental side of the Steem blockchain.
We successfully launched a Play-to-Earn (P2E) game for Steemit users. It helps increase user engagement, supports Steem-based gaming, and provides earning opportunities for the Steem community. We have daily active users on steemhop.

I am Steemchiller, a developer deeply engaged in the Steem blockchain ecosystem. My journey has been driven by a passion for decentralization, transparency, and creating tools that empower users. I am best known as the creator of SteemWorld. It is a platform designed to give users a complete and detailed view of their blockchain activity.
Through my work I aim to simplify complex blockchain data. I believe that when people can clearly understand how a system works they can use it more effectively and confidently. That belief is reflected in every feature I build.
I prefer to focus on development rather than attention. Instead of speaking loudly I let my work demonstrate my commitment to the community. Continuous improvement is important to me. So I actively refine my tools based on real user needs.
Being part of the Steem ecosystem is more than just coding. It is about contributing to a decentralized future. My goal is to keep building solutions that strengthen the network and make blockchain technology more practical and meaningful for everyday use. Moreover I also help other developers and witnesses to use my services to carry out their development work.

I am Muhammad Afzal Qamar from Pakistan. My username is @afzalqamar. I joined Steemit in October 2017, and since that day, I have remained an active user of this platform, which holds a special place in my life.
I am working as a moderator in the Healthy Steem community. I was selected twice as a Herbalist Teacher in 2024 and also selected twice as a Curator, in March 2025 and May 2025, Also currently working as a curator for Steemhop. Last I am also working as a Steemit Challenge participant in Season 27. I worked as curator for April, July, August 2026.
I am a herbalist by profession, which is not merely a vocation but my passion. My commitment to continuous learning allows me to heal individuals using herbal remedies. In response to advancements in modern medicine, I recently completed my certification in Fazil-e-Tibb Wal Jarahat, qualifying me in both contemporary herbal medicine and surgery.
I now run my own clinic, where I serve patients as a certified Food Cure Expert. Furthermore, I am recognized as a Hakeem by the Inqlab Council for Hikmat Pakistan, and my credentials are verified by the National Council for Tibb, Government of Pakistan. I also hold qualifications as a dispenser.
