We’re very excited to kick off this month with a new approach to curating posts, something that motivates us to align the work we’re already doing with the platform’s new expectations, which are designed to improve the content for everyone who is active on it.

The Speak on Steem team, Steemit’s Dapp for audiovisual content, can’t be left behind. Video content continues to evolve and grow every day. Since implementing SpeemClips, a vertical video format with infinite scrolling designed to generate greater user engagement with the application, we have seen a surge in new users. Vertical content is among the most viral content types on any social network today, so this addition puts Steem at the forefront by introducing a trend characteristic of modern social media.

However, as with all monetizable content, there is content that isn’t quite up to par and needs improvement, in terms of niche, author engagement, quality, and presentation. That is why we are presenting this proposal as Steem improvers for the platform’s audiovisual content.

This month, we’ll be focusing on supporting high-quality content that meets the following standards:

#steemexclusive content for the platform (IPFS)
High-quality topics, such as reflections, tutorials, vlogs (The Diary Game on video), storytimes, travel, etc.
Well-produced videos with good quality and good sound.
Provide all necessary feedback so that users can improve their content in accordance with the guidelines described above.

For this reason and following our long-term philosophy today again we are postulating with this project that will be developed over time and that will be established in Steem, as one of the main exponents of the ecosystem.

Speak on Steem, is a project that is empowering video creators in Steem, providing them with an adequate and optimized space for consumption and interaction with this type of content format.

Having a specific curator account for this type of content will be extremely useful to be able to continue promoting contests and initiatives that are based on this format. Having that support is a 100% benefit for the community.

The three members of the team make up the Video Watchers group, who are responsible for promoting the Speem application and encouraging this type of content within Steemit.

I started on the platform through a job offer as a software developer and little by little I was integrating the blog as such. My activities on the blog began with a healing project called @steem-seven which stopped for a while and was strongly reactivated a few months ago.

A short time later I joined as a Community Manager in the Latin community where I have developed and together with a great team we have taken the project on a very good path.

Among the applications I have developed for steem I can mention https://ecosynthesizer.com which is owned by @symbionts, and others such as http://t.me/steem_cotify_bot in collaboration with @cotina and https://steemways.com together with the Steem Seven team. In addition to some other open source projects on my Github

I am a main moderator in Comunidad Latina for more than 24 months maintaining the post and active keys; I worked together with the Newcommers community as a Greeter in it where I supported @cryptokannon with several curation bots for steemcurator03;

I support several communities such as Colombia Original with the automated payment of rewards to delegates. I consider myself someone who prioritizes responsibility and transparency.

Greetings and warm wishes to all respected members of the Steemit platform. Being part of this platform has been a meaningful journey for me, where I have learned many things, gained valuable experience, and built strong connections with amazing people around the world.

My name is Al Mamun, and my Steemit username is @mamun123456. I am originally from Bangladesh, but currently working in Malaysia. I joined the Steemit platform with a dream of sharing my thoughts, supporting quality content, and growing together with the community. Since then, I have always tried to remain active and follow the rules and values of the platform sincerely.

Over time, I have gained experience working with different teams and communities. One of my proud achievements is serving as a curator in several official curator teams. In February 2026, I worked as a curator for #steemcurator 04. Later, in March 2026, I got the opportunity to serve in #booming02. Recently, in May 2026, I also worked as a curator for #steemcurator08. These experiences helped me improve my understanding of quality content selection, fair voting, and supporting genuine users.

Currently, I am also working as an Admin of the Post Planet Community, My main areas of interest are motivational posts, creative writing, gaming content, lifestyle blogs, and video-related posts. I always try to discover original and quality content from both new and experienced users. I believe that supporting genuine and hardworking authors is one of the most important responsibilities of a curator.

My name is Marvin Velasquez, I'm from Venezuela, and I'm a retired police officer. I worked for 16 years, during this period I worked as a physical trainer and military instructor, and decided to leave the force to pursue other things, including a quieter life. I speak Spanish as my native language, with knowledge of English, Italian, and Portuguese.

I joined Steemit in 2021, and since then I've dedicated myself to supporting all the initiatives proposed on the platform. I've held several positions within communities and initiatives that have helped me understand how it works and the proper use of the available resources. These positions include: Moderator in Recreative Steem Community, Moderator in Steem Venezuela Community, Moderator in Comunidad Latina (At the moment), Teacher in season 22, 29, 30 and 32 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, Video Watcher and collaborator on the project Speak on Steem (At the moment), and Curator with the Booming 03 and 02 account for some periods.
