Not every separation is a failure. Sometimes it is God's divine arrangement.
In Acts 15:36-39, Paul and Barnabas disagreed so sharply over John Mark that they parted ways. Barnabas took Mark and sailed to Cyprus, Paul took Silas — and God still blessed both assignments.
Where there is no agreement, oneness or unity, there cannot be progress. Two cannot walk together except they are agreed (Amos 3:3).
If you have to separate, do it well. Don't leave with bitterness or animosity — that is where the devil gets in to scatter what you are building. Leave like Moses, who told Jethro and was released in peace (Exodus 4:18), not like Jacob who sneaked away from Laban.
Today, ask yourself: Is God asking you to separate so you can fulfil your assignment? Let go in peace.
Separation had to occur sometimes!
