Confusing additional tasks

Being a teacher in this day and age is not just teaching. There are just additional tasks that must be done by a teacher. Starting from having to prepare learning tools, selection of models, reports and others.

What is very surprising from that, if seen and felt by a teacher is an increasing burden. To achieve effective learning will be inefficient.

Nowadays a teacher seems to be demanded for all.
