Abundance Year Episode 2093
Noxsoma Life Camp:
Fluctuating Journeys
SAME AUDIO Summer 9. TV Guide. (since 13 September 2026.) Our final audio of the Summer. Some reflexive thoughts and observations as usual.
Today's Episode: https://odysee.com/@Noxsoma:2/2028_full_9-18-26_2093-f_HD-720p_MEDIU:9?r=47k2ScJsm9Uex9eETqgCCA8q1fukdST9
Ignorance is no excuse. Welcome new subscribers. We tell you exactly what we’re doing, and why we’re doing it, to the best of Our knowledge. Who is Us? “We are Abraham.” (Just kidding. But that made me laugh.) “We,” is what I call, our Trinity. Body, (the vessel, or our starship), Mind, which is really just a place-holder word, because it doesn’t have a solid definition, and Soul, which is similar to Mind, however we can sort of define “Soul” as “Life Force.” Whatever it is that animates the vessel, keeps everything inside, in side, and everything that belongs outside of the borders of the interior, outside. We do not define this Trinity by what it is, but rather what it does. Occasionally we refer to the “Collective,” which includes Ego. Ego is a big deal in today’s society. Next to money, one might think it the root of all evil.
“The term "ego" refers to the part of the human personality that is experienced as the "self" or "I," which mediates between the conscious and unconscious mind. It has roots in psychoanalytic theory, particularly in the work of Sigmund Freud, who described it as a crucial component of personality that helps maintain a sense of identity and reality.”
Here’s what nobody told you about “Ego,” unless of course, they did. Freud didn’t call it “Ego.” He referred to it as “Ich” which is German for “I.”
“The term "Ego" is a Latinization of the German word "Ich," which means "I." Sigmund Freud's translator, James Strachey, used this term in his works to describe one of the three components of the psyche in Freud's structural model.”
So once again, we have one of these run-away words that was conjured up in Frankenslang’s lab, let loose into the village of the damned, and grew into a monster which is nigh unrecognizable from its origin.
“Let’s find a better word for ‘Ich’,” Stachey might have said. “Eureka! Ego. This sounds so much better, ‘Ich’ sounds too much like, ‘Icky.”
Thus the Ego was born, and is currently being weaponized by self-styled empaths around the world.
This, my friends, is a perfect example of what you get when you subscribe to this channel. And, it’s only like 30%. The other 70% of these fractured interpretations of life on this realm in which we vibrate can be found in our daily videos. Over 2,000 days and nearing 2,100 official episodes, plus a side hustle or two.
We call this Emindcipation. It’s the freeing of that force, (Mind), that collection of information, that causes the herd to misbehave the way it does.
Have you heard about the, “Great Pacific Garbage Patch?” It’s a mass of debris, mostly microplastics, that spans an area of 620,000 square miles, roughly twice the size of Texas. Since it’s in the ocean, this garbage patch should be measured by volume. Cubic miles. But maybe no one knows how deep the patch dives. Don’t be surprised is this Garbage patch turns out to be a psy-op.
Anyway, Imagine you are a creature living in this environment and it’s everything you know, or think you know, about life on Earth. Although this garbage patch covers 0.3% of Earth, it affects 100% of this critter’s consciousness.
In the western hemisphere, there’s a Great Garbage Patch that pollutes our consciousness. It goes by many names, the smoothest of which is “Colonialization.” Which is different from Colonization.
What’s the difference?
Colonization affects the land and laws. Colonialization affects the Mind, behavior, the experience, health, and everything that would enhance the experiences free range humans, were this colonialization did not exist. It’s a prison without bars. A jail without jailers. And that’s what we’re battling, in this phase of our long-running series.
You should know this going in.
But you should also know this. Despite our biting lyrics and harsh characterizations, we don’t hate anyone, group, dynasty, or even situations. Our rhetoric might be caustic, but it doesn’t descend into hate. When we are critical of the Hapsburg diaspora, the criticism is well deserved. The Hapsburg Dynasty may be extinct, but their policies, beliefs and behaviors continue to reek havoc around the globe. The disk, even. After nearly a thousand years of garbage patch indoctrination and rule, what more can be expected?
Here’s what nobody tells you about awakening. The awakened human must contend which the ugly reality of your lineage. While you’re thinking Beethoven and Bach, you’re ignoring, Pizarro, Cortes, Malthus, Leopold, Rhodes, Hitler, Dulles, and other low-key genocidal maniacs.
This is not an obsession on these channels. We’re not micro-focused on “exposing” this stuff. We do, however we know that this lineage exists, and despite the denial, or the “so-called” progress and the “enlightenment” of the European diaspora, the behavior is on display daily. The behavior and righteousness is so ingrained into their DNA that they no longer attempt to hide it, or disguise it as “making the world safe for democracy” or any such slogans that worked on previous generations of ignorant sheeple. And it spreads.
While Ronald Reagan’s “trickle-down” theory was clearly “voodoo Economics,” (as characterized by George HW Bush), trickle-down hatred against, (name your group), is alive and well in the infected areas of the planet where the garbage patch diaspora has taken control. It’s easy enough to find on free-speech platforms in cyber-space.
So, what we’re doing on these channels, is extracting and cleansing our frequencies from the infection of colonialization. It’s a gargantuan task because we’ve benefited from the plunder of the system. Dollar dominance. Trade surpluses. The mythology of might. It’s not something we can take back, slightly used, to the original owner.
“Sorry, this side of my family, wiped out the other side of my family.”
There’s nothing to donate to some fake charity, that is simply just another tentacle of the system that knows no other emotion than exploitation.
It’s fruitless to attempt to take down the system because it can snuff you out without a thought.
So what are our options?
We recognize the game and ease our self away from the table. Maybe we cannot leave the casino, and maybe we have to play. But we can recognize a pattern or two. Maybe a thousand years of behavior, reactions, swindles, and tricks, and hatred of the poor, in-firmed and indigenous. Don’t give the beast all of our energy all at once.
We might just break even.
If you’re a regular subscriber, you can stop listening now. If you’re new to the show. This is your get out of jail free card. We are going to continue with our Emindcipation theme until something shinier catches our attention.
Coming up next is the TV Guide. [Note as of 9-13-26 we’ve updated this section. We have some new goodies for you.] All the channels where you can see Full Metal Ox, the schedule for our Long Plays, and Health & Fitness Updates. If you’ve heard it before. You can quit here. If not, and you’ve never seen the series, check it out. Even though we link the series daily, Substack members seem to like writers more than vidiots.
The show.
Full Metal Ox. The most prolific daily video series you’ve never heard of. Unless you have. 11 minutes and 11 seconds of musings, laughing at the whirled, observing life, calling out the sheeple, and figuring out how to survive the day. Also we drop fragments of ideas for audience consideration. If you like what you see, note it. We will give you the whole jam, the “disco version” in a Long Play episode. Beginning this Autumn Season, the Emindcipation Zodiac maxi-series will run on Fridays.
This is what Fridays will look like after the intro: The long-running Friday Meditation, the fitness segment, and the Emindcipation Zodiac fragment. Of course, our regular spots and promos.
Full Metal Ox Long Plays. Every five days we cut an album and post it up for all the frustrated folks who get sucked into the frags, only to be left dangling at the really good parts. You’ve been scolded enough. It doesn’t work, so we’ll just continue. The recovering TV addict in me finds this as suitable revenge. Against whom, I have no idea. But having grown up living 30 minutes at a time from TV show to TV, creating my own 30 minute spots, complete with non-commercials, is something that gives me joy. That’s better than a like. So, if you have the attention span for 30 minutes of brain-saving commentary, check the Long Plays. They might even help you sleep.
Hepdekad Series. This was originally a ten day health, wellness, fitness and mental check in series. But ten days went by so quickly that not much changed. So we pushed it to 17 days. We chose 17 because it’s not a sacred number, and it wouldn’t interfere with the two other series. The three series pile up once every 85 days. Which is roughly once a century, (100 days). The idea is not only for us to check in with our own development, and share with our audience, but for us, (as your Cosmic Representative), to check on our constituents, and for You to check on your friends and families, and your extended orbit. This is a stray commentary, but “social media” has made us less social. Or so it’s been said. I’ve always been less social. But maybe I am even more less social now.
Secret City. I’m one of “those” people. What people? You have to figure that out for yourself. Anyway, by way of AI, we’ve been creating our own artistic world. It’s a fantasy city, built on an island between a few rivers. Kind of like Pittsburgh, but different. Anyway, the Secret City in the fundraising scheme is going to align with the fantasy Mind is constructing online. It’s going to be awesome and we’re going to figure out for our 1,001 Founding Funders, (emphasis on “fun”) to insert themselves into this fantasy realm. Talk about escapism. I don’t have the tech savvy for it yet. But I think it can be done. If interactive video games can be created, than this can as well. And the tech will make it affordable enough that it won’t cost our original 1,001 Secret Citizens any more than the dollar a day, for a year, to plant the seeds.
The channels.
The daily Full Metal Ox series can be seen on Bitchute.com. The oldest and most controversial of our locations. We’ve been on this platform for close to a proper decade. Bitchute is so controversial, we can’t even link videos from that channel. At least not on Substack.
Rumble.com – Being on Rumble is like Lisa Douglas on Green Acres. A sophisticated socialite follows her husband to a place called Hooterville. We surmise that Rumble is dominated by bible-thumpers, apocalyptos and those cashing in on Near Death experiences, Gospel codes and doomsday. But there’s a little sliver of space for our unique presentation.
Odysee.com – This is the one we link and promote. It’s the easiest. The newest and has the smallest audience. The most popular times FMO is watched seems to be Sundays, however we are getting a few more views and follows as we warn candidates about what we’re doing. The little flame is more of an acknowledgment than a “like”. It means that a real human showed up. Thanks for that.
Youtube.com – We are there as Noxsoma. Fitness stuff. It’s a legacy page. 20 years on that platform. Maybe we start it up again. Post some safe click-bait there to get you here. You tell me.
Instagram – as @Noxsoma. Many years on the gram, maybe a decade or slightly more. We’ve begun posting clips from our workout days. The clips are excerpts from the FMO Dailies and they are designed to bring curious minds to Substack. Simple as that. If you want to follow, fine. If you don’t watch the show, you can watch the fit clips. They don’t run on Substack. We also share, to Instagram, what has become a daily column, on Substack, with audio voice over. The IG gets shared to Facebook, but you have to travel to Substack to get the full audio. As above, so below.
Blogs: Hive.blog. Minds.com. Steemit.com Gab.com (with audio). Gab gets the 4 20 Substack audio a day later, in the morning, with the link to the Odysee.com channel.
We are also on Mewe, Mastodon, Telegram, X, Facebook, and maybe a few others we’ve neglected or forgotten about. We use these to get people to Substack and into the Secret City. If we are looking for you, odds are you’re looking for us too. That’s how we roll.
This is why we do it the way we do. There’s no need to pretend. We want to fund our platform with real humans. Nickles, dimes & dollars. We are not looking for VCs, angel investors, or lottery windfalls, (but maybe we should start playing, because we still have not spent a dime on lottery tickets). When you’re in, you’re in, because you want to be in. There’s something you like that you feel is worth maybe a dollar a day, that you won’t miss, that won’t take food off of your plate or hear from your house. But you could ditch the cable. You know you wanna.
It’s meant to be. And it will happen.
And we haven’t even told you about the radio station yet. But if you watch the show, (every 10 days we dedicate an 11 11 episode to promos), you already know.
This is Summer Audio nine, last one of the proper Summer, and it’s going to run all week, and then maybe forever in the archives. Fall audio coming soon, because Autumn Audio doesn’t have the same ring. Or does it? You tell me.
