Changing Times.
Autumn Audio 7: Week of November 1, 2026.
Welcome New Subscribers.
It’s been about two years now on Substack and we are just getting around to strategizing to maximize our reach. We’ve got good vibes to spread and it seems like a lot of folks on the Planet could use a laugh, even if it is dark, sarcastic humor. If this is not your thing, stay away.
You’ve been warned!
After nearly seven (magic number), years of producing the Full Metal Ox Daily video series, we just started posting episodes on Substack a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it was just last week. We don’t track. We just keep things rolling.
Because we don’t obsess over analytics, tools and subscribers, (in short, we don’t read instructions), we are just “discovering” ways to hype our craft.
Which craft is that?
Oh yeah. You might be new here. Let’s update again.
Full Metal Ox is the most prolific daily video series you’ve never heard of. Unless, of course, you have. It was launched on March 1st of 2021, The Lunar Year of the Metal Ox. Hence the name of the series, Full Metal Ox. The FMO series evolved from a previous video series we called, “Noxsoma Life Camp,” which started in Singapore in the Summer of 2017. This series was meant to be the video version of Life Coaching and it was based on the idea of so-called, “Fat Camps,” where fat kids go to camp over the summer and learn how to eat, exercise, prepare food, maybe learn some mechanical trades, woodworking, the kind of stuff that was taught in public schools back in the day.
Noxsoma Life Camp turned out to be a travel vlog series and proof of life, as We would record our travels, compile clips and upload to social media to let family and friends know that we were still above ground.
Covid put an end to the globe trotting, (not mad about it), landed us here in South Florida, where we defiantly did not shelter in place, or comply with the illegal mandates of Generalissimo Bidenista, and his henchman Heir Fauci. Instead, we wandered about the downtown area of this small affluent Miami suburb, exploring and recording the insanity and compliance that ensued after the “two weeks to flatten the curve” psy-op. Our 2020 Retro series is posted on Rumble.com [https://rumble.com/c/c-6500221?e9s=src_v1_cmd]. They are not daily, but close. They will become classic must-sees the next time a plandemic comes round, sometime next century.
We were 2,000 episodes deep before we decided to share our 11 11 drops with our expanding Substack audience. The brand is established, albeit underground, just the way we like it. We just want to make it clear, that Substack is an extension of the mix, and not the main event. Although it could surpass the combined audiences of our other channels, which would make Substack, the main event. We would not be mad about that. We kind of like the platform and would be quite thrilled if Full Metal Ox became well received and abundantly viewed on Noxsoma’s Substack Channel.
Your humble content creator is as much a videographer, (which grew out of a photography career), as a writer. Ironically enough, we don’t write scripts for the videos, we’d rather “wing it.” And we don’t, (not yet at least), read our essays into the camera. (We are considering allowing our vox-over bot to do that, as we provide the psychedelic graphics.) Noxsoma is also a fitness fanatic and erstwhile fitness professional who has taught and or led group fitness on land, chairs and in the water for about a decade. (This is before the vagabond philosophy tour began.) This is why a lot of our videos, include short exercise clips.
Old Tools for New Strategies.
We only realized by watching others that we could schedule notes and re stacks. Whoa! This was a game changer, (buzz-word). Instead of posting this same “newsletter/audio” every day with different links, we can simply post this once, and schedule re stack notes throughout the week. Mind realizes that this can be confusing and frustrating to our lovely and favorite subscribers, so we are going to warn you in advance that we are doing this.
“RE STACK” will be posted in caps. Probably followed by whatever Mind is conjuring at the time, with a random quote from the article. This is a reminder, not to waste time reading, or listening, (we recommend listening), to the article again. Unless you feel you missed something the first time. It’s almost a guarantee that the article will not have been changed in any way, unless there’s an embarrassing typo that was missed despite two text reader proofs. And even if that’s the case, we are not going to change the audio.
By the way, if the audio is using bad grammar, know that we had gone to great lengths to construct it that way. It’s how we do things on this side.
The Content.
Now that Substack has it’s own dedicated channel for Full Metal Ox there’s no need to mention any other of the channels where we post. Well, except for Odysee. And except if you want to watch a 30 minute long-play version of FMO. You see, the FMO daily drops are presented in fragments. (Maybe we will talk about the faux radio station later. It would be too much for this newsletter.) They are about two-minute teasers, from much longer rantcasts. Sometimes, “way longer.” What we do is, after running all, or most of the fragments in the dailies, we run the whole bit in a Long Play. (Yes, we purposely named them after record LPs, in case you caught that.) They run every five days on the ones and sixes of our daily count. Today for example is day 2,072. The next LP will be available on day 2,076 followed by day 2,081, 2,086. If you would rather watch LPs, go to one of the channels and subscribe. (Hint, we recommend Odysee.com . We will leave a link to the channel. ) [https://odysee.com/@Noxsoma:2].
Here’s what you can expect on Noxsoma’s Substack Channel.
- This weekly newsletter updating our goals and welcoming new subscribers.
- Daily episodes of Full Metal Ox, 11 minutes and 11 seconds, every day. On purpose, especially for the 11 11 cult.
- The daily Bajai Kulture Comic Strip. We are nearly 200 boards in now, so you’ve missed a lot. However, you might be able to catch up. As far as we know, all previous episodes are still posted.
- Sometimes we rise early and start writing stuff about current events or some crazy shit we noticed the day before. We may recount a dream that Universe okayed us to share. Or maybe we’ll just hype the show.
- All the re stacks we just talked about.
- Answers to your comments, maybe a question or two, or some encouraging vibes, just for the heck of it.
- It’s good luck to create lists of 7. So the 7th Element will be a surprise. Maybe it will be a re stack of some bit Ego commented on. Ha ha.
Old New Ideas for 2027.
Now that the vessel is in better physical condition and mostly healed from the attacks and accidents that injured our Starship in 2026, we are considering creating a 60 minute fitness routine for 2027. Maybe it will be longer than 60 minutes. But here’s the “hack,” it won’t be 60 minutes all at once. It will probably be 5 minutes at a time. Depending on this vessel’s acclimation, we might begin with 5 minutes, then repeat the same moves to make a ten minute session and advance from there.
Right now I’d say this is in its fantasy stage. A plan may be coming. Then execution.
Here’s a sketch. This is not a class. Not a session. Not a program. But it could become either or all of the above.
We start off with easy moves. Build endurance. And keep growing. This is great for accelerating fat-loss and building endurance. Not so good for building brute strength. We know this first hand. We intend to continue the grav-straps and monkey bars work. However, we can slip some quasi-aerobics in for the kids who didn’t get to go to Fat Camp.
This is Autumn Audio 7. It will be here when you’re ready.
What We will do is schedule Note Bombs to drop every so often to remind you that you haven’t heard the last of the Full Metal Ox. You’ve been warned.
Much Love.
Peace.
